Nearly two decades in planning and a first of its kind in Oceanside, the Oceanside Beach Resort will offer an upscale resort experience to visitors. The new beach-front venue will feature two well-appointed resorts. The first property, designed in a modern beach house style, consists of a 7-story boutique hotel with 158 guest rooms and suites (most with private, ocean-facing balconies). The second property featuring a Craftsman-style beach house design is a 226 room 6-story resort hotel with an elevated outdoor pool deck. The two properties will offer street-level retail and dining.
