CEMCO FAS Reveal

CEMCO FAS REVEAL is a red corrugated metal flat strap that provides firestopping behind architectural reveals and moldings for up to 2-hour fire ratings. FAS Reveal is fabricated from hot-dipped galvanized steel complying with ASTM A653, and ASTM A1003 Grade 33 Type H for 33 ksi yield strength steel for 25 gauge (18 mil) with a minimum G40 coating complying with ASTM A924. The FAS Reveal is attached directly over the wood and steel studs. Drywall shall overlap the FAS Reveal by 3/4” on each side. The FAS Reveal has been tested in compliance with UL-2079 Standard for Tests for Fire Resistance of Building Joint Systems listed under WW-S-0076.
