CEMCO manufacturers hundreds of configurations of code compliant cold-formed steel framing studs and tracks with various web depths, flange/leg heights, return lips all from hot-dipped galvanized steel ranging from 33 mils to 118 mils in base metal thicknesses. Standard in a G60 coating, G90 coated products are also available upon special order.

CEMCO offer both ViperStud and Viper-X (West Coast Only) interior non-load bearing framing products. All of these c-studs and tracks are manufactured from the highest quality G40 hot-dipped galvanized steel ranging in thicknesses from 15 mils up to 33 mils.

CEMCO’s NEW CT Studs for Shaft Wall applications are now available! 2021 and 2018 IBC/IRC approved by ICC ESR-4934 CEMCO’s CT-Studs are manufactured from hot-dipped galvanized steel with a standard G40 (33 mil) or G60 (43 mil) coatings, CEMCO’s CT Studs combined with standard CEMCO J-Tracks are a cost effective solution for shaft walls, stairwells, and horizontal plenums that require a minimum 1 hour fire rating.

Sure-Span® is a revolutionary floor joist system specifically developed by CEMCO for both commercial and residential construction projects. The trapezoidal punch-outs enable several trades, such as plumbing, HVAC, technology, and electrical to take advantage of access route for various services while sturdy, long floor spans are maintained. Sure-Span® SSCJ joists are produced in depths ranging from 7 ¼ inches up to 14 inches. The corresponding SSTT Rim Tracks are produced with pre-spaced clips at 12, 16 or 24 inch on-center configurations for ease of installation. All Sure-Span® components are manufactured from the same high-quality hot-dipped galvanized steel in standard G60 coating. G90 is available upon special order.

CEMCO is a manufacturer of H-Stud and C-Runner components for area-separation walls commonly found in multi-family structures such as apartments, condominiums, and townhomes. Aluminum burn clips are also available from CEMCO.
