PRICE INCREASE ANNOUNCEMENT – January 5, 2026

To Our Valued Customers,

Effective January 5, 2026, CEMCO will raise prices on ALL STEEL-BASED PRODUCTS FOR
ALL MARKETS.

The domestic steel mills have indicated they will sharply increase prices for all January 2026
orders. Some of the reasons for these increases are as follows:

• The hot roll market has heated up in recent months tightening supply.
• The CRU for coated steel has been reflecting continued increases over the past several
  weeks.
• Zinc pricing has spiked higher over the past quarter.
• Steel mills have recently embarked on cost cutting measures, including headcount
  reduction moves and the potential idling of lines, which will have the effect of tightening
  supply.
• There has been a recent jump in the mill-utilization-rate as reported by the American Iron
  and Steel Institute.

New price sheets will be available from sales representatives in the week leading up to the
effective date of the price increase. Additionally, job quotes will be honored if they are
committed in writing within 30 days of origination, with quoted pricing remaining firm for 180
days from the date created.
