KPSI ORDERED TO CEASE ALL ACTIVITIES RELATING TO SAFTI-SEAL BRAND “FRG”

On February 28, 2025, the Honorable Judge James L Robart of the United States District Court from
the Western District of Washington at Seattle issued his final orders in the lawsuit against KPSI
Innovations, Inc., and the Jim Klein family.

Specifically, a final MONETARY AMOUNT of $3.7 Million has been awarded to CEMCO along with a
PERMANENT INJUNCTION preventing the SALE, PRODUCTION, PROMOTION, THIRD PARTY LISTING
(INCLUDING U.L.), AND TRANSFER OF KPSI’S FIRE RATED GASKET (FRG).

Additionally, On March 7, 2025, the Unites States Patent & Trademark Office CONFIRMED AS
PATENTABLE our infringed patent #7681365. As a result of this action, Patent #7681365 stands as a
valid CEMCO patent. Any previous or future products/solutions such as Saft-Seal FRG have and would
continue to infringe on the patent.
