CEMCO® Announces Promotions — July 14, 2026 — CEMCO®, LLC, the premier manufacturer of cold-formed steel framing and metal lath products for over 50 years announces three promotions for Garret Koleszar, Bryce Koleszar, and Steve Farkas
CEMCO is pleased to announce that Garret Koleszar, a 17-year veteran of the company, will assume the role of Vice President of Sales, effective January 1, 2027. Garret joined CEMCO in 2009 as a sales representative serving the Arizona and San Diego markets. His strong performance in that territory led to his promotion in 2014 to Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest Region covering Arizona, Southern California, Southern Nevada, Southern Utah, and Hawaii. In this role, Garret has distinguished himself as an exceptional leader and has twice been recognized as Regional Sales Manager of the Year. Under his leadership, the Southwest Region has consistently delivered strong volume and solid financial performance, making Garret the perfect choice to lead CEMCO’s sales organization into its next chapter.
To backfill Garett, Bryce Koleszar will assume the role of Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest Region. Since joining CEMCO in 2015, Bryce has demonstrated strong leadership in managing his territory, building lasting customer relationships, and driving market growth.
These attributes contributed to his back-to-back Salesman of the Year awards in 2023 and 2024. His honest, hardworking approach has been central to his success, and his deep understanding of the industry, pricing, and internal systems will continue to be a valuable asset to both CEMCO and its customers. In addition, Steve Farkas is being promoted to the position of Senior Director of Business Development and Marketing. Steve started with CEMCO in 2000 as an outside sales representative for the Orange County, Los Angeles, and Riverside/San Bernardino markets. In 2004 his responsibilities led him to product management and later corporate marketing manager. In 2018 Steve took over as director of business development responsible for managing advertising/marketing, website maintenance, tradeshows, evaluation reports, technical services & engineering. His thorough knowledge of the technical side of our business along with the dedication to getting the job done has contributed greatly to CEMCO’s success over the last 26 years. In his new role, along with the duties enumerated above, Steve will be tasked with overseeing several key strategic partnerships and licensing opportunities.
