Commerce City, CO — February 18, 2026 — CEMCO, LLC is excited to officially celebrate the grand opening of its newly expanded manufacturing plant in Commerce City, Colorado, marking an important step in the company’s continued growth and long-term investment in the region.
After operating for over 21 years at its Osage Street location just outside of downtown Denver, CEMCO has relocated to a larger, 140,000-square-foot facility on 18 acres to support increasing demand, improving the work environment for the safety of our employees and future expansion. “We’re proud to open this new facility and continue growing in Colorado, Utah and Oklahoma” said Tom Porter, President & CEO. “Outgrowing our previous plant after more than two decades is a meaningful milestone for our team. A special thank you goes to our owners, JFE Shoji America Holdings, Inc, for purchasing this new building in August of 2025 and their continued support of CEMCO’s committed expansion in this highly competitive market. This new location gives us the space and resources to keep improving our operations, support our growth initiatives while supporting our employees and customers.”
“It is a commitment for our key subsidiaries, CEMCO, and markets in the region to support the growth,” said Tad Takahashi, President & CEO of JFE Shoji America Holdings, Inc.
The Commerce City plant will also support local job growth, with ongoing opportunities in production, maintenance, and operations as the facility continues to expand.
CEMCO leadership, employees, community members, and local partners will gather for the grand opening event on February 26, 2026 at 1:30pm, to celebrate this milestone and showcase the new facility.
